Calm, Contour, and Contemporary: Inside Abhisek Panigrahi’s Elegant Interior Showcase
Modern luxury interior design doesn’t shout—it breathes. Showcasing how soft neutral palettes, touchable textures, and fluid geometries interact, this SQUARE1 project transforms everyday living and private sanctuaries into timeless environments.
Walking Through the Vision
The experience opens with a warm, light- drenched envelope of soft beige, ivory, cream, and warm wood accents. Overhead, layered false ceilings switch effortlessly from crisp daytime functional recessed fixtures to warm, relaxing evening cove glows.
Grounding the lounge, contemporary sofas with soft fabric finishes introduce tactile comfort via rounded edges and vertical channel detailing. Behind them, a subtle geometric POP wall—built with repeated rounded shapes—brings dimension without visual clutter.
Rest, Radiance, and Refinement
Private spaces elevate the narrative. In the master suite, a natural stone-inspired laminate TV panel keeps the media footprint clean alongside a floating storage console. Nearby, a large illuminated dressing sensor mirror with rounded corners softens the room geometry while bouncing light to expand the spatial feel.
The den introduces a conversational shift: an L-shaped sectional finished in a serene muted blue-green tone rests against a minimal panelled backdrop, harmonizing warm beige walls and natural wood grain. Smaller vignettes—like the statement accent mirror paired with a display console—prove that design completion lives in the details.

Incredible Result
Establishing multi-sensory experiences, we can design interiors that resonate across ages and demographics. These rooms and spaces connects us to nature as a proven way to inspire us, boost our productivity, and create greater well-being. Beyond these benefits, by reducing stress and enhancing creativity, we can also expedite healing. In our increasingly urbanized cities, biophilia advocates a more humanistic approach to design. The result is biophilic interiors that celebrate how we live, work and learn with nature. The term translates to ‘the love of living things’ in ancient Greek (philia = the love of / inclination towards), and was used by German-born American psychoanalyst Erich Fromm in The Anatomy of Human Destru ctiveness (1973).
